“I came to Elisabeth with a stiff and painful body. Back, knee, ankles... I felt that my body was slowly breaking down. What I experienced with this work was a gentle, powerful way of releasing the physical pains and mis-alignments. The back pain I had for 20 years left and has not returned. I am able to bend my knee more fully without pain. So many changes. I think I most enjoy that I walk and feel younger.  And it is all done with gentle deep breaths and slowly expanding movements paired with deep meditative practice and insight.  Elisabeth is highly intuitive and knowledgeable about the mind/body connection. She is amazing and I am sad that I no longer live near her. At the same time, I am grateful that the changes I made while with her continue to remain!” —Helen, Rhode Island.

“I started attending private sessions with Elisabeth in the middle of my pregnancy, and I can’t imagine going through this pregnancy without them. My journey with Yoga for Renewal has been life changing. I have been able to feel and heal old, buried emotions and feelings I wasn’t aware of, just in time for my delivery. Elisabeth has been phenomenal in helping me through this process of healing and standing in my truth. I’ve learned that you must feel to heal. I would recommend this style of yoga therapy to anyone who is ready to do the work—Ronika, Atlanta, GA.
